- Ensures alloy conformance before material ships
XRF inspection of coating and plating thickness
- Confirms coating/plating thickness with dissimilar substrate materials
- Applications include : thermal spray, chromium, nickel, iridium, ceramics
On-line and Off-line Laser micrometer inspection
- Dual head laser micrometer inspection for diameters, ovality, and straightness
- Enables 100% inspection and recording of bar min/mix, average variation, etc.
Demagnetization
- We offer on-line demagnetization for ferrous bar, tube, and wire material
- Removes residual magnetization from drawing, strighrneign, grinding, or Eddy current testing
